You have 14 days to return your items, no questions asked! If you wish to do so, please follow the steps below to receive a full refund.

Return instructions
1 If you have a customer account, click on “ACCOUNT” and select “Request Return”. Fill out the form and submit it to us. If you don’t have a customer account, use the “Guest Returns” page to send your request.
2 We will process your request and email you a shipping label that you can print out.
3 Pack the item you wish to return. Use our shipping material if you want. Don’t forget to attach the shipping label!
4 Drop off the package at your nearest DHL shop, or your local post office.
5 Upon receiving your returned item(s), we will refund your money using the payment option you selected on your purchase.

Return Policy
All returned items must arrive back at Spreading Color in their original condition.
This means:
- In a saleable condition with all labels and tags attached
- Item must be clean (no deodorant, perfume or make-up stains)
- Item must be unworn and unwashed
Please try items on with care. If you decide to return something, please ensure that it is in perfect condition. Items returned to us in a non-sellable condition, will not be refunded or exchanged and will be sent back to you.
Upon return, all items are inspected by our customer service team before your refund or exchange is processed. Please note that refunds to credit/debit cards can take between 3 – 7 business days to appear in your account.
Please follow these guidelines for your returns:
- Use exclusively the Return Service provided on our website, unless we advise you otherwise by email.
- In addition, if you’re shipping from outside of Europe, make sure to comply with the rules and regulations regarding exporting goods, by providing a customs form with your shipment. In the customs form, please write “return item” and a value of 1 EURO.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is defective or not what you ordered, please contact us immediately using our contact form.
You will be asked to provide as much detail as possible, including photos so that we can quickly and thoroughly investigate your claim.
Once investigated, we will assist you with returning the item and give you the choice of getting a flawless replacement or a full refund.
Right of Revocation
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Spreading Color, Cynthia Camasca, Blumenstr. 28, 02826 Görlitz, Germany) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. by using our web form, a letter sent by post or e-mail). Insofar as you return the product(s) within 14 days of the purchase you need not give any reasons for the return. We would however appreciate it if you choose to do so anyway so that we can improve our offers for the future.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
