We will send you an order confirmation email within 24 hours of receiving your order. This will be sent to the email that you provide to us during the checkout process. This does not mean that we have confirmed your order: only after your payment has been received, the delivery address has been verified, will your order be accepted and the items shipped.

Orders are generally dispatched within 24h during working hours from Monday to Friday. Please see our Shipping Information for estimations of the lead times by country/region.

Yes! After dispatching your order, you will receive a unique tracking number by email. Just click on that link and it will take you to the DHL tracking website where you can view the current status of your shipment and the estimated delivery time.

Your item is carefully packed in a thin protective bag and shipped in a resilient courier bag. The bags are made of OPP and PE plastic, which makes them fully recyclable. Each item will be perfect when you receive it.

Payment

If you are ordering from outside of the European Union, custom fees or VAT might be due upon receiving your order. This entirely depends on the country you live in. In most cases, the VAT is waived if the value of the order is below a certain value.

All payments are processed via PayPal. This means that we don’t have any direct access to your payment information. All data, e.g. credit card information, is solely retained on the PayPal servers.

You must enter your discount code when you are checking out as it can’t be applied later. You can only use one discount code per order. Discount codes may only be valid for certain items and the majority of codes will have an expiry date.  If your discount code is not working, then please get in touch with us either by email at fashion@spreadingcolor.com or on our Contact Us page.

Private Information

Please be assured that we consider all of the information you share with us to be totally private and confidential. At no point will we share, rent or sell your personal information without your consent. In order to fulfill the requirements of proper bookkeeping, we are legally required to collect your name, email, billing address. For proper function of our website, we utilize the services of 3rd parties, with whom we may share some of your data. You can find a full list of services we utilize (and how to opt-out) in our Privacy Policy.

Returns & Exchanges

If you have a customer account, please follow the steps below:

  1. Log in to your customer account.
  2. Click on “Account”->”Request Return”
  3. From the drop-down list, find the order and item you wish to return.
  4. Please provide a reason for your return and click on “Send Request”
  5. We will get in touch with you and provide you with a “DHL Return” label (free of charge within Europe!).
  6. Pack the item in a shipping bag or box (you can re-use ours if you want) and attach the DHL Return label.
  7. Drop the package off at your nearest DHL shop/post office.
  8. We will deposit your money as soon as we receive the returned item.

Yes, Absolutely! If you don’t have a customer account, please follow the steps below:

  1. Click on Guest Returns in the footer or follow this link.
  2. Provide your email address and the order number that you received with the confirmation email of your purchase.
  3. We will get in touch with you and provide you with a “DHL Return” label (free of charge within Europe!).
  4. Pack the item in a shipping bag or box (you can re-use ours if you want) and attach the DHL Return label.
  5. Drop the package off at your nearest DHL shop/post office.
  6. We will deposit your money as soon as we receive the returned item.

In order to exchange an item, you have to return the item first and then place a new order.

The simplest way for this is to follow the “Returns” procedure, described above. When you’re asked to provide a reason for the return, simply write “exchange”.

We will refund the money from your original order as soon as we receive the returned item.
